We are busy!  Lots of new songs being written, and we are back in the recording studio again!!! Whoo-hoo! Gigs to play, videos to create, it's all good:) New folk-jazz videos and children's animations. We are having a blast! Join our mailing list, if you haven't done so yet, to be "in the know!"

Our very first children's animation is done! And we love it-"I'm Glad I'm Not a Monkey." A fun song about self-esteem. Boy, do I wish there was a song around like that when I was little. Well- there is now:) More to come.  Go to The Children's Page. We're so happy!!!!

Now that it's January, the beginning of a brand new year, we are chock-full-of-plans with our music! We already released a new music video, 'Long Lonely Winter,' and it's here under 'Music'. We're writing lots of new material and plan to record them as soon as they are ready. One of our  children's songs is being animated as we speak. What we've seen so far is really great:)

Then in December, we performed several Holiday Shows for both adults and children; it was wonderful to spread a little seasonal joy:)

Our song "Let a Flower Grow" was well received!

We had a great time performing and networking at the Taxi Music Road Rally in November.

Ed and I had so much fun at the CD baby conference! It was our first time back to Nashville in many years, and we saw parts of it that we hadn't seen the first time. And the experience of the conference itself was worth the trip! But add to that, we got to sit in on a recording session where Nick Buda (Taylor Swift's drummer), Dave Francis, well-known Nashville bass player, and Pat Bucanan, electric guitarist, (who was voted Country Music's Number 1 Guitarist) were all in the room together at the same time creating amazing arrangements right on the spot. And that's how it gets done. Very eye-opening just how good you have to be. And the next day, we came back to that studio, and our original song was recorded there. Beyond overwhelming:)
